Questions, answered

The things owners ask first.

Straight answers, including the ones where the honest answer is “it depends”. If yours isn’t here, ask the assistant in the corner — or bring it to a strategy call.

Most asked

What does ChoiceDigital actually do?

We build the website and the content engine that books your clients. The site is the platform; the engine keeps it fed — articles drafted in your voice, reviewed against your industry's rules, and held for your approval before anything publishes.

What do I own at the end?

Your domain, your site, your content, your data, your CRM, your audience and your search rankings. Those are yours from day one and you leave with them. What you don't own is our engine — the review system and the AI that runs it — the same way a Shopify merchant owns their store and their customers, but not Shopify.

What does it cost?

It depends on the tier and the scope, so I won't quote you a number I can't stand behind. That's the first thing the strategy call settles, and you'll get a real figure rather than a range.

Do you write the content, or do I?

The engine drafts in your voice, and nothing publishes without your approval. You stay the author and the approver — you just stop staring at a blank page.

Fit & cost

What are the tiers?

Foundation adds the certified article engine — every topic becomes a researched, reviewed article. Growth adds a podcast pipeline, where the same topic becomes an audio episode. Video is on the roadmap. Each tier contains the one below it rather than replacing it.

Can you work with a regulated business?

Yes — that's most of what we do. The review system carries the industry's rules and blocks a publish that breaks them. We build to whatever standard you're held to, but we're not your compliance counsel; your own advisor stays the authority on what that standard is.

Who is behind ChoiceDigital?

Dr. Adrian McMillian. Thirty years building create-certify-distribute systems at NASA, Sony Pictures, DirecTV, Warner Bros. and DreamWorks, and a U.S. patent (9,542,058) for the content engine this is built on.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Appointment-based and regulated businesses where a booked call is the goal — insurance and Medicare agencies, recruiters, personal trainers and coaches, and professional services. Our review system already carries rule sets for regulated verticals, which is where the accuracy step earns its keep.

Are we a good fit?

We fit best if you're an appointment-based or regulated business where a booked call is the goal and accuracy actually matters. If you need a one-off brochure site, or you want volume content without a review step, we're probably the wrong shop — and I'd rather say that now.

Working together

How long does a build take?

It depends on how much content has to be migrated and how many approvals sit between draft and publish. The call is where we map that against your calendar. I'd rather not guess at a timeline you might plan around.

What does "certified" mean?

Every piece runs a review pass before it can publish: quality, editorial fit, and where the industry is regulated, a compliance check against that industry's current rules. It's a second pass by the system, not a third-party certification — I want to be precise about that.

Do I need a booking system if I already have a contact form?

Usually yes. A contact form starts a conversation; a booking system ends one, with a time on both calendars. The gap between those two is where most enquiries quietly die.

How quickly can we make changes after launch?

Content changes are yours to make in the portal whenever you like — you don't wait on us for a blog post or an FAQ. Structural changes to the site go through us.

Search & AI

What is the difference between SEO and AEO?

SEO is being findable in a search results page. AEO is being the answer an AI assistant gives when someone asks a question out loud, with no results page at all. They reward different things, and we build for both.

How do AI answer engines find and cite a website?

They favour pages that answer a specific question plainly, carry structured data that says what the page is, and come from a site that reads as a credible source. Content written to rank and content written to be quoted are not the same thing.

How do you measure whether a website is working?

Booked calls, not page views. Traffic that never books is a vanity number. The portal shows you what published, what it did, and where the booking path is leaking.

Ownership & control

What happens to my existing content when we rebuild?

It gets reviewed rather than binned. Anything worth keeping is migrated with its URL preserved so you don't lose the rankings it already earned; anything out of date gets flagged for you to decide on.
