ChoiceDigital™ ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to choicedig.com and its subpages.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us, and a small amount of site analytics that does not identify you:
- Booking a strategy call: when you schedule a call on /strategy-call, our scheduling provider, HubSpot, collects your name, email, and any details you enter in the scheduler (e.g. company, phone).
- Joining a waitlist: if you join a waitlist (e.g. +SEEN), we collect your email and the information you submit in that form.
- Strategy call questions: the answers you give before booking (for example your company and roughly how many appointments you book) are kept with your booking.
- Newsletter: if you sign up, we email you a link to confirm, and only that click subscribes you. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Chat assistant: your questions are sent to Anthropic to generate the answers. We keep a count of messages and, for questions it could not answer, the question itself, so we can add an answer to the site. We do not keep its replies, and none of it is linked to your name, your device, or your IP address.
- Site analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and visits. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you.
- Which pages get read: when a page has been open in front of you for a while, and again if you scroll through it, the site records that page's address. For the first page you open, it also records which site sent you, such as Google or ChatGPT, by name only and never the link itself. That is all. There is no cookie and no identifier, and nothing connects one page to the next. We honor your browser's "Do Not Track" setting here.
- Which link brought you here: if you arrived from a link we posted, that link carries a short tag naming where it was posted. Your browser keeps the tag on your own device. It is sent to us only if you submit a form, so we know which post led you to get in touch. Clearing your browser's data for this site removes it.
- Standard server logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability, standard for any website, not tied to an advertising profile.
We do not run advertising trackers or sell any data.
How we use it
We use the information above only to: schedule and conduct your strategy call, follow up about your inquiry, send the newsletter you asked for, notify you when a waitlisted offer opens, learn which pages are useful so we can improve them, and keep the site secure and working. We never sell your information.
Third parties
We use HubSpot as our CRM and scheduling processor, and Cloudflare as our hosting infrastructure and site analytics, Anthropic to answer chat questions, Resend to send email, and Stripe to process payments. Each processes data under its own privacy policy (linked). The HubSpot scheduler embed may set its own cookies to remember your scheduling session, these are set by HubSpot, not by us directly.
Data retention
We retain booking and waitlist information for as long as needed to serve the purpose it was collected for, or until you ask us to delete it. Strategy call answers are deleted after 24 months, chat records after 90 days, and your newsletter subscription ends the moment you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of future contact. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@choicedig.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We'll update the effective date above if this policy changes, and post the update here.
