ChoiceDigital™ ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to choicedig.com and its subpages.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Booking a strategy call: when you schedule a call on /strategy-call, our scheduling provider, HubSpot, collects your name, email, and any details you enter in the scheduler (e.g. company, phone).
- Joining a waitlist: if you join a waitlist (e.g. +SEEN), we collect your email and the information you submit in that form.
- Standard server logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability — standard for any website, not tied to an advertising profile.
We do not run advertising trackers or sell any data. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated to disclose it before it goes live.
How we use it
We use the information above only to: schedule and conduct your strategy call, follow up about your inquiry, notify you when a waitlisted offer opens, and keep the site secure and working. We never sell your information.
Third parties
We use HubSpot as our CRM and scheduling processor, and Cloudflare as our hosting infrastructure. Each processes data under its own privacy policy (linked). The HubSpot scheduler embed may set its own cookies to remember your scheduling session — these are set by HubSpot, not by us directly.
Data retention
We retain booking and waitlist information for as long as needed to serve the purpose it was collected for, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of future contact. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@choicedig.com — we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We'll update the effective date above if this policy changes, and post the update here.
